This training program helps you mold your "herd" into excellent communicators, listeners and achievers. Through a weekend of sessions working with our Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) certified team of equine assisted psychotherapist, equine specialist and one or more horses, you will receive an assessment of your teams current strengths and weaknesses, and then through the exercises provided will see immediate improvement in how your team begins to work together. This corporate training program is scheduled directly with your organization. It is a flexible program which can be adjusted to fit what your company needs.

Corporate training programs are usually scheduled for two full days on weekends, but this is flexible and can be changed if needed.
This program can also be utilized as an individual program at the individual equine assisted learning fee pricing. See fee schedule.
